Who we are
Sorora Studio is a registered ZZP business in the Netherlands (KVK: 42052713, VAT: NL005458670B21), operated by Paulina Ambroziak (Randwijkstraat 47, 5035 AM, Tilburg). When this policy says "we" or "the studio", that's who it means.
What data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to do good work and meet our legal obligations:
- Contact info you submit: your name, email, phone, and message when you fill out a form, email us, or book a call.
- Project data: content, files, and access credentials you share with us during a project.
- Anonymous analytics: page views, country, browser type. No personal identifiers, no third-party advertising trackers.
- Cookies you accept: see the cookies section below for details.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry or deliver the project you've hired us for.
- To send invoices and meet our legal obligations as a Dutch business.
- To improve the website (anonymously) so it loads fast and shows you what you came for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with services strictly needed to operate:
- Cloudflare: hosting and email delivery.
- The Belastingdienst: when legally required.
- Marketing partner: only if you've explicitly hired us for marketing services and only the data needed for that work.
How long we keep it
Project data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (Dutch fiscal retention requirement). Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months unless we're actively in conversation. Analytics is anonymous and rolling.
Your rights under GDPR
- Access: get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: fix anything that's wrong.
- Deletion: have it removed (subject to fiscal retention rules).
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to specific processing.
To exercise any of these, email paulina@sorora.studio. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data lives on encrypted infrastructure (Cloudflare). Access credentials are stored in a password manager with 2FA. We don't keep more than we need.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the "last updated" date at the top changes. Major changes get an email if you're an active client.
Cookies
We use the absolute minimum number of cookies needed to make this site work and (with your consent) to understand which pages people read. We don't use advertising cookies, social-media trackers, or anything that follows you across the web.
What's a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Some are essential (the site can't function without them); others are optional and only set if you say yes.
Strictly necessary
- Cookie consent: remembers which categories you accepted, so we don't ask again.
- Currency preference: remembers whether you chose EUR or PLN on the pricing pages.
- Language preference: remembers which language you're browsing in.
These are always on. They don't track you and never leave our domain.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we record anonymous traffic data: which pages get visited, from which country, on which device type. We don't link this to you personally and we don't share it with third parties.
How to manage cookies
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also disable all cookies in your browser settings, but note that this will reset preferences like currency and language on every visit.
Third-party services
Some pages embed third-party services (e.g. a calendar booking widget). When you interact with those, the third party may set its own cookies under its own policy. We mention these explicitly where they appear.
